LÀ-BAS-työryhmää
 pyydettiin kahden viikon varoitusajalla järjestämään AHNE '10: 
PLEASURES RECOMMENDED -näyttelyn yhteyteen performanssitapahtuma. 
Useimmille tapahtuman esityksistä ovat keskeisiä liikkeen ja prosessin 
muuttaminen kuvaksi, kuvan muuttaminen fyysiseksi tilaksi, ruumiin 
kuvien työstäminen reaaliaikaisesti. Tapahtuman aloittaa SIRKKU MÄENPÄÄ 
pitkäkestoisella liikkuvalla aktiollaan. Sitä seuraa ELINA HARTZELLIN 
performanssi. TEEMU LINDROOS tekee esityksen joka on hänen 
videoteoksensa sen ruumiillinen ulottuvuus. TOMAS SZRAMAN performanssi "A
 Lot of Money for Small Sound Project" on fyysinen puheenvuoro esityksen
 tekemisen reunaehdoista. Illan päättää MAURICE BLOK, joka tutkii 
esityksessään aikaa ja liikettä hetkenä, virtauksena ja kestona. 
Väliohjelmana on OLEMISEN VARTIJOIDEN lyhyt keskusteleva pohdiskelu 
keksinänero Nikola Teslasta ja sadan vuoden toteutumattomista, 
toteutuneista ja toteutuvista tulevaisuuksista.

The
 LÀ-BAS team was asked to organise, with two weeks' notice, a 
performance event within the context of AHNE '10: PLEASURES RECOMMENDED 
exhibition. Most of the performances of this event deal with 
transforming movement and processes into images, turning images into 
physical spaces, processing images of bodies in real time. The event 
begins with SIRKKU MÄENPÄÄ's durational physical movement action. It is 
followed by a performance by ELINA HARTZELL. TEEMU LINDROOS's 
performance is the corporeal dimension of his video work. TOMAS SZRAMA's
 "A Lot of Money for a Small Sound Project" is a physical comment on the
 various necessities that an act of performance is dependent upon. The 
evening is concluded by MAURICE BLOK, whose performance deals with time 
and movement as moments, flow and duration. Inbetween the performances 
CUSTODIANS OF BEING discuss the genius inventor Nikola Tesla and a 
hundred years of unrealised, realised and to-be-realised futures.
